March 11, 2020 - On Thursday, April 2nd, platinum rapper Wale & Kazeem “Kaz” Famuyide and Emilio Sparks  will host the sixth annual Walemania event. Seamlessly merging the worlds of Hip-Hop and wrestling, the event will take place at Tampa, Florida’s Club Skye. Featuring artists like Smoke DZA, Josiah Williams, and of course Wale & friends, the show is considered the most highly anticipated event at Wrestlemania weekend. "I tour the world performing almost all year round, but I always look forward to WaleMania the most,” says Wale.

Last year alone, they provided unforgettable moments with Booker T being their guest of honor and Wale performing alongside Westside Gunn, Phil Ade, G4 Boyz, Smoke DZA and many more. Wrestlemania is sports entertainment’s biggest annual event and this year they’ll be ringing in its 36th year at the Raymond James Stadium. Wale’s life-long fandom of professional wrestling event is substantial and will undoubtedly deliver endless entertainment at a time when the world could really use it. Wale goes onto say “There's nothing like WaleMania in the world, and I can't wait for Tampa to see what we have in store."

Walemania has quickly become the quintessential meeting place for all things Hip-Hop and wrestling. Founded by Grammy-nominated artist Wale and executive produced by Jesse Kirshbaum from Nue Agency & Kazeem “Kaz” Famuyide , the event only seems to get bigger and bigger every year. The show serves as an iconic moment in pop culture history, and Wale’s choice to precede the actual Wrestlemania event will prove a strong choice as it ramps up the hype for wrestling's biggest event of the year.
